Free to Good Home
All:

Patrick and I have 2 computers (one laptop and one tower) (both 800 mHz) that need new homes. The laptop battery is dead, but the power cord works. They are each free, but we need to know before Saturday, as that is the day they are being recycled. They both may make good kid computers.

We also have a 17" CRT Computer Monitor, works fine, we just don't need it.

You could also try offering them up on the local Freecycle-ish group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AnnArbor_eCycle/).

We wanted to see if Friends wanted them first ;)

I've also seen more powerful machines not go on the list. But yea, recycling them was the last resort.

The Re-Use Center will take the monitor if no one here wants it, if it's less than five years old.
